Privacy Policy
Effective July 4, 2026
This is the plain-language version, because that's how I run the business. MA Digital Consulting ("I", "me") collects as little as possible and never sells your information.
What I collect
- What you send me: if you request a free audit or contact me, I receive the details you type — typically your name, business name, and phone number.
- Basic analytics: the site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand page visits — things like pages viewed, general location, and device type. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally to me.
How I use it
- To respond to your audit request or question — that's it.
- Analytics helps me understand what on the site is useful and what isn't.
What I don't do
- No selling or renting your information. Ever.
- No spam lists — contacting me doesn't subscribe you to anything.
- No collecting more than the form asks for.
Forms
The audit request form is processed by Netlify Forms (this site's hosting provider). Submissions are delivered to me and stored in the site's form dashboard. Netlify's own privacy practices are described in Netlify's privacy policy.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site.
Your choices
Want to know what I have, or want it deleted? Ask — mikeacosta@madigitalconsulting.com or (727) 453-1456. I'll handle it within a few business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date.
